Requests may be submitted through app settings, customer support, or email. If account deletion is available, users may delete their account directly through the account deletion menu in the app. If the in-app deletion feature is unavailable or difficult to use, users may request deletion by contacting the privacy contact email below.

When submitting a deletion request, please include the app name, the email address or contact information used for the service, and the details of your request. We will delete the relevant information within a reasonable period, except where verification or legal retention is required.

10. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

We may use cookies, advertising identifiers, SDKs, and similar technologies for service delivery, app stability improvement, error analysis, ad delivery, and ad measurement.

Users may limit the use of advertising identifiers or personalized advertising through device settings. iOS users may also choose whether to allow tracking through the App Tracking Transparency prompt.

10-1. Cookies, Advertising Identifiers, and ATT Denial

In-app web content may use essential cookies for service delivery, security, and error verification. Essential cookies are used for app functionality such as maintaining login status, security, and service provision, and are not used to track users across other companies' apps or websites.

If a user selects “Ask App Not to Track” in the iOS App Tracking Transparency prompt, we do not use the IDFA for tracking, do not provide personalized tracking-based ads, and do not collect or load tracking cookies, marketing cookies, or third-party tracking scripts for tracking purposes. Users can still use the app, and if ads are displayed, they may be general or non-personalized ads.

If the user allows tracking, advertising identifiers or advertising-related data may be used for ad measurement and personalized ad delivery.

11. Push Notifications and Marketing Communications

We may send push notifications through Firebase Cloud Messaging to provide watchlist alerts, important notices, and service updates. For this purpose, FCM tokens, device information, app package names, and notification settings may be processed.

Event or marketing communications are sent only with the user's prior consent. Users may withdraw consent at any time through app settings, device notification settings, or customer support.
