This Privacy Policy describes how Fakse GPS : Free ("Application", "Service", "we", "us", or "our") handles information when you use the Application. The Application is provided by Neocode.
By using the Application, you agree to the handling of information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
Interpretation and Definitions
Definitions
For the purposes of this Privacy Policy:
- Application refers to Fakse GPS : Free, the software program provided by Neocode.
- Company refers to Neocode.
- Device means any Android phone, tablet, or other device that can run the Application.
- Personal Data means information that relates to an identified or identifiable individual.
- Service Provider means a third-party company or service that processes data to help provide the Application.
- You means the individual using the Application.
Collecting and Using Information
Location Information
The Application may request access to precise or approximate device location to show your current GPS position, set the initial marker position, operate mock location features selected by you, and show foreground service status while mock location or delayed movement is running.
Location access is used for Application functionality. We do not sell your location information.
Mock Location Information
When you choose a location and start mock location, the Application uses Android mock location APIs to apply the selected latitude and longitude to your device. This may affect other apps that read device location, except apps or services that block or detect mock locations.
Favorite Locations
If you save a favorite location, the Application stores the favorite name, latitude, and longitude locally on your Device. This information is used only to display saved favorites and move the marker to a selected saved location.
Search and Geocoding
When you search for an address, the Application sends the search query and, when available, the current marker coordinate to NAVER Cloud Geocoding services to return address search results. Search results may include address text and geographic coordinates.
Advertising and Device Identifiers
The Application uses Google AdMob to show ads, including banner ads, app open ads, rewarded ads, and rewarded interstitial ads. Google and its partners may collect and use information such as device identifiers, advertising identifiers, IP address, app interactions, approximate location, and diagnostic data to provide, limit, measure, and improve ads.
Depending on your region and settings, ads may be personalized or non-personalized. Where required by law, consent may be requested before personalized ads or related storage technologies are used.
App Settings and Network Information
The Application connects to our remote app settings endpoint to load configuration such as app version, update information, links, and ad unit configuration. The Application also checks whether an internet connection is available so online features can work correctly.
Use of Information
We use information accessed or processed by the Application to:
- provide map display, marker movement, mock location, and delayed movement features;
- show saved favorite locations selected by you;
- provide address search through geocoding;
- display ads and reward access to mock location features after rewarded ads;
- check app version and show update notices;
- maintain Application functionality, reliability, and security;
- comply with legal obligations and platform policies.
Sharing Information with Service Providers
We do not sell personal or sensitive user data.
Information may be processed by the following Service Providers only as needed to operate the Application:
- Google AdMob for advertising and ad measurement;
- Google Maps and Google Play services for map and location-related functionality;
- NAVER Maps and NAVER Cloud Geocoding for map display and address search;
- our remote app settings server for app configuration and update checks.
These third-party services may process information according to their own privacy policies and terms.
Data Stored on Your Device
Favorite locations are stored locally on your Device. You may remove this data by clearing the Application's storage or uninstalling the Application. The Application does not require an account and does not provide a cloud sync feature for favorites.
Permissions Used by the Application
The Application may request the following permissions:
- Precise or approximate location: to show your current location, initialize the marker, and support location features.
- Background location / foreground service location: to keep mock location or delayed movement running through a foreground service when needed.
- Notifications: to show foreground service status while mock location is active.
- Internet and network state: to load maps, ads, geocoding search results, remote app settings, and update information.
You can manage permissions in your device settings. Some Application features may not work if required permissions are denied.
Mock Location Notice
To use mock location features, you must enable Android Developer Options and select this Application as the mock location app where required by your device. After using the Application, we recommend turning off mock location settings to avoid incorrect real GPS behavior in other apps.
Retention of Data
Locally saved favorite locations remain on your Device until you delete Application data or uninstall the Application. We do not operate user accounts or maintain a user profile database for the Application.
Third-party providers may retain data according to their own policies.
Security of Data
We use reasonable technical measures to protect data handled by the Application, including HTTPS for supported network communications. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
Children's Privacy
The Application is not directed to children under the age required by applicable law. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe that a child has provided personal information through the Application, please contact us so that we can take appropriate action.
Your Choices and Controls
You may:
- deny or revoke location and notification permissions in device settings;
- clear locally stored favorites by clearing Application data;
- reset or limit your device advertising ID through your device privacy settings;
- uninstall the Application to stop all Application processing on your Device.
International Processing
The Application may use third-party services that process data in countries other than your country of residence. By using the Application, you understand that data may be processed where these service providers operate, subject to applicable law.
Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date and may provide notice in the Application or through the app store listing.

모의 위치 정보
사용자가 위치를 선택하고 모의 위치를 실행하면, 앱은 Android 모의 위치 API를 사용하여 선택한 위도와 경도를 기기에 적용합니다. 이 기능은 기기 위치를 읽는 다른 앱에도 영향을 줄 수 있습니다. 단, 모의 위치를 차단하거나 감지하는 앱 또는 서비스에서는 적용되지 않을 수 있습니다.
즐겨찾기 위치

광고 및 기기 식별자

모의 위치 관련 안내
모의 위치 기능을 사용하려면 기기에서 Android 개발자 옵션을 활성화하고, 필요한 경우 본 앱을 모의 위치 앱으로 선택해야 합니다. 앱 사용 후에는 다른 앱에서 실제 GPS 위치 오류가 발생하지 않도록 모의 위치 설정을 해제하는 것을 권장합니다.
데이터 보관 기간
기기에 저장된 즐겨찾기 위치는 사용자가 앱 데이터를 삭제하거나 앱을 제거할 때까지 보관됩니다. 당사는 본 앱과 관련하여 사용자 계정 또는 사용자 프로필 데이터베이스를 운영하지 않습니다.
제3자 서비스 제공업체는 각자의 정책에 따라 데이터를 보관할 수 있습니다.
데이터 보안
